The entire staff was so accommodating, efficient and helpful. Our transition was seamless, even in the midst of the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Now our staff is working from home with working computers with reliable remote access! With such a wonderful experience, it’s difficult to identify a “best” but one of my favorite parts is that I am now almost free of any IT day-to-day trouble shooting and Solace is handling all of the IT, computer and remote access issues. With complete confidence, I can now say, when asked for IT help, “You need to contact Solace for that.” And I know it will be addressed fully and quickly.”
